You can request deletion of the game account created through Google account connection and its related server data. There is no direct in-app deletion function yet; this web page provides an email request path.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@gyuforge.com.
2. Use the subject [Abyss Survivor] Account Deletion Request.
3. Include only the minimum information needed to identify your connected Google/game account, such as its email address, and state whether you want the whole account or specific data deleted.
4. GYUFORGE will verify ownership, process the account and server data within the requested scope, and reply with the outcome. We may ask for more information if ownership cannot be verified.

Do not email passwords, Google verification codes, card numbers, or purchase tokens.

Data covered by deletion

A verified full-account deletion request covers the game account identifiers (Google link identifier, provided email, name and profile photo), server profile and saved game progress/settings, attendance/reward records, and server sessions. The profile may contain credits, ship/part ownership, upgrades and equipment, stage, achievement and story progress.

Retention after deletion

The following describes what GYUFORGE may retain after account deletion and for how long. If a record does not exist, there is nothing to retain.

• Game account identifiers, server profile, progress and settings, attendance and rewards, sessions, and internal-test purchase records not subject to a legal retention duty: deleted upon a verified full-account deletion request, with no additional retention period.
• If a paid transaction actually occurs and Korean e-commerce record-retention law applies, contract, withdrawal, payment and delivery records: 5 years from creation of the record. Only the minimum legally required transaction record is kept separately, not the entire game account or progress.
• Consumer complaint and dispute records subject to Korean e-commerce record-retention law: 3 years from creation of the record. Deletion-request emails and ownership-check materials outside that category are deleted after processing and reply, with no additional retention period.

Legally retained records are kept separately from other account data, used only for that purpose, and erased when the retention period ends. Google Play may separately retain its own purchase history, which GYUFORGE cannot delete.

Guest users and device data

A guest who has not connected Google may have no server game account. To erase device-only guest progress, clear this app's storage/data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Android automatic backup is disabled. Signed-in users should also clear app data if they want to remove a local copy after server deletion.

Processing time

We verify ownership and notify you of the outcome within applicable legal time limits. For a correction or deletion request covered by Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, we notify you within 10 days of receiving the request of the action taken, or the reason deletion cannot be completed and how to object. The 5-year and 3-year periods above concern legally required records and are separate from this notification deadline.
