Terms of Service

1. Scope and purpose
These terms govern use of GYUFORGE’s official website, technical portfolio, and inquiry service (the “Services”), including the applicable procedures, rights, and obligations.
2. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website’s text, design system, architecture diagrams, 3D scene source code, brand symbols, and logos belong to GYUFORGE. You may not copy, distribute, or use them commercially without the Studio’s prior written permission.
3. Service availability and disclaimers
The Studio works to keep public portfolio, case-study, and experimental benchmark material accurate and current. Prototypes marked as research or Lab work are not a guarantee of production use and may change without prior notice.
4. Project work and separate agreements
Project development, technical consulting, and systems engineering requested through this site are governed by a separate services agreement and statement of work (SOW) prepared after mutual review.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the Studio’s place of business.
