1. Information we collect and how we collect it

GYUFORGE (the “Studio”) collects only the minimum personal information needed to receive website inquiries and discuss project work. We do not collect unnecessary identifiers such as national ID numbers or any payment information.

• Required: name, email address, and inquiry
• Optional: company name, project type, and attachments
• Automatically collected: None. We do not collect IP addresses. Cloudflare Turnstile uses an anonymous verification token for bot protection, and the token is discarded immediately after verification.

2. Why we use personal information

We use collected information only for the following purposes.

• Replying to project inquiries and technical consultations
• Managing inquiry history and improving service quality
• Preventing malicious spam and unauthorized bot access

3. How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are stored in a Cloudflare D1 mailbox, and attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2. Resend sends an operator notification, while the related materials are kept for handling the inquiry and any follow-up. We delete them when those purposes are complete. We do not collect or store IP addresses.

4. Sharing and service providers

The Studio does not generally share or sell personal information without prior consent. We use the following managed cloud services to operate the site reliably.

• Vercel: web application hosting and serverless functions
• Cloudflare: DNS, bot protection (Turnstile), edge security, the inquiry mailbox (D1), and attachment storage (R2)
• Resend: inquiry notifications and reply emails

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us at contact@gyuforge.com and we will respond without undue delay.
