Cluekin Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

Cluekin is operated by GYUFORGE, represented by GYUTAE LEE, business registration 244-41-01465. Address: 115-1003, 270 Deokso-ro, Wabu-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, 12275, Republic of Korea. Privacy and service contact: [email protected]; +82 10-9290-3981.

This notice describes Cluekin's currently available preview service. Account sign-in, cloud project storage, public friend-game sharing, payments and clean paid PDF delivery are not currently enabled. Before those features collect personal information, this notice and the relevant feature disclosures will be updated with their actual data, purposes, retention, recipients and international processing details. Their preparation does not mean they are available.

2. Your puzzle and browser data

The preview editor processes your answers, clues, names, event details and design choices on your device. Temporary recovery drafts and local game demonstrations may use your browser's storage. A downloaded project file or PDF is saved to the location you choose. Preview content is not submitted to a Cluekin account database merely by editing it.

Avoid entering sensitive information or personal information about other people without permission. A project file or printable may contain the information you typed. You control whom you send it to.

3. Website delivery and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers Cluekin. A website request necessarily provides technical connection information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information, to the delivery provider. We do not promise that browsing makes no technical data available to hosting or security providers.

The existing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Its documented service is cookie-free and does not use persistent browser identifiers to track individuals across websites. This is distinct from functional local storage used by the editor. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics privacy information and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We have not enabled advertising or a sale of personal data in Cluekin.

4. Contacting us and other services

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include, and use them to respond and handle your request. Do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive information. The GYUFORGE website inquiry form is a separate service covered by the GYUFORGE website privacy policy.

Paddle checkout is not currently active in Cluekin. If activated later, Paddle will handle payment information under its own notice and buyer terms; we will disclose the order information received by Cluekin before activation. We do not currently collect card information through this preview.

5. Storage, deletion and safeguards

Temporary browser copies remain under your browser's storage controls and may be removed by clearing site data or using the available clear/reset functions. Clearing browser data does not delete project files or PDFs already saved to your device; delete those separately. Browser storage is not a guaranteed backup.

We use contact information to respond and resolve the request and retain it only as necessary for that purpose or an applicable legal requirement. A fixed retention period for future account or payment records has not been adopted by this notice and will be disclosed before those features start collecting data. We do not claim a verified location or retention schedule for provider-held technical records that we have not confirmed. Provider processing may occur outside Korea, as described in the provider's notice.

Deletion of browser files is handled through your browser or operating system. For information we hold in relation to your request, contact us for access, correction, deletion or restriction. Information no longer needed is removed or anonymized as appropriate; where law requires preservation, we explain the reason and scope. We apply access restrictions and encrypted network connections; no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and updates

Contact GYUFORGE at the address, email or telephone above to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask for reasonable information to identify your request, without asking for a password or full card details. You and your authorized representative may exercise rights available under applicable law, and may complain to the competent privacy authority.

This policy takes effect on October 6, 2026 for the available preview service. Material changes will be published with an updated date. Where a law or an agreed term gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
