Controlled continuation
The next action carries an explicit scope, expiry, and approval conditions. Incomplete requests do not authorize further execution.
GYUFORGE PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Our in-house AI-assisted production system connects specialized AI workflows, development contracts, software and game-content pipelines, automated validation, and release gates. We improve it alongside our own products.
Internal proprietary technology platform
Our internal orchestration engine connects specialized AI execution with development contracts, validation results, and approval gates. A shared source of truth for job state and events supports an operator control plane for reviewing progress and decisions.
The implementation is private. We document its high-level architecture and validation methods here, alongside selected research and our products. This internal platform is not offered for sale and does not promise unattended releases.
Define requirements, architecture and API contracts, test cases, and completion criteria.
Planning · architecture · implementation · review · operations and failure analysis. Bounded tasks produce explicit handoffs.
Validate implementation and connect action records to supporting evidence. Missing execution conditions put further work on hold.
Use outcomes and failure classification to choose retry, remediation, a smaller task, or human review.
The next action carries an explicit scope, expiry, and approval conditions. Incomplete requests do not authorize further execution.
Record what was executed and the evidence behind decisions. Replay bundles help identify missing artifacts and reconstruct the course of work.
Define small changes with validation, observability, and recovery notes. A failure calls for a classified response rather than an unbounded retry.
01 / ORCHESTRATE
Production starts with deciding what is worth building. We divide the work and define each stage’s inputs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria so the pieces can come together.
People review the direction and acceptance criteria.
02 / BUILD
We define interfaces and change boundaries, then develop features alongside their tests. Each product gets the technology it needs, while reusable tools and checks become part of our working system.
Review the implementation together with its test results.
03 / CREATE
We develop tools for game imagery, transparent cutouts, mesh cleanup, rigging, and motion delivery. Source records and production settings stay attached to the work as we review its appearance and movement.
People review visual quality and the rights to use each source.
04 / VERIFY
Checks and review records refer to the artifact’s file hash. For 3D work, structure, deformation, visual review, and engine loading are separate checks. Research records include the setup, sample size, and remaining limitations.
Release decisions consider the evidence and unresolved issues.
05 / OPERATE
We manage changes with maintenance and recovery in mind. In our production environment, we also coordinate GPU resources and execution order, with explicit cleanup boundaries for each workload.
People remain accountable for consequential changes and operations.
Tools and judgment
We choose models and tools for each task and connect them through adapters and defined interfaces. The production standards stay independent of any single model, with people responsible for key decisions and release approval.
Our internal production tools evolve alongside our products. Research and prototypes move into products through the reviews appropriate to each stage.
