Operator and available service

These terms take effect on October 6, 2026. The available service is a browser-based preview editor and watermarked preview printing. Account sign-in, cloud storage, online sharing, checkout and clean paid PDF delivery are not enabled. The conditional purchase terms below apply only when an offer is actually enabled and accepted; this page does not offer a purchase now.

Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in the clues, answers, names and other content you supply. You must have permission to use it and must not infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized access or interference with other users or systems.

Cluekin and bundled design assets remain owned by GYUFORGE or their licensors. You may use permitted finished printables for personal, family, classroom, community and internal organization events, including paid teaching or event hosting. You may give printed copies and privately share finished files with participants. The license does not permit selling finished files as standalone products, public marketplace distribution, resale of editable templates or extraction and redistribution of bundled assets. Third-party licenses, including the published font licenses, and statutory exceptions continue to apply.

Drafts and availability

Browser recovery is not a guaranteed backup. Save your project files separately. Clearing site data may remove local drafts. Review spelling, content, layout and a sample print before distribution. Preview exports contain a watermark; a preview is not a purchased clean PDF. We may maintain or change the service, with notice where required. We do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Purchases, only when enabled

Before confirmation, checkout must state the actual product, number of usage units, price, currency, applicable tax and any discount. A pack is a one-time purchase rather than an automatic subscription unless a separate offer expressly says otherwise. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for an enabled Paddle transaction; its buyer terms also apply to that purchase.

Purchased usage units do not expire and have no inactivity fee. A later policy change will not impose an expiry on an existing purchase. A paid print uses units only when the finished deliverable is successfully committed. Failed or missing delivery does not count as successful fulfillment; we investigate and restore affected usage or provide the applicable remedy.

The enabled offer must show its usage cost before you request supply. Current prepared costs are 20 units for a crossword and one unit per bingo board, with 1–50 boards per request. Word-search paid printing is not offered until its price is configured. These prepared costs do not make checkout available.

A purchased finished file can continue to be used under this license after account closure. A refund or rescission may end the license for the refunded deliverable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. The Refund & Credit Policy explains unused units, partial refunds and delivery problems.

Purchased-file revisions, only when enabled

Downloading the same purchased file again does not use another unit. Within the original purchased project, the prepared correction allowance is two distinct question slots and two distinct answer slots, tracked separately across finalized revisions. Re-editing an already used permitted slot does not open another slot. Returning to an older value does not reset the allowance. Adding, removing or reordering entries, changing project type or intentional print design, or changing bingo count or seed requires a new purchase with its cost shown first. Ordinary draft edits and previews do not consume correction slots. Finalized files and their purchase history remain distinct versions.

Promotions, only when offered

Referral rewards are separate from purchased print usage, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and cannot directly pay for a PDF. An enabled offer explains eligibility and the reward before participation. Prepared redemption limits allow a discount of up to 30% of the purchase price; discounts are applied in whole currency cents and unused fractions are retained. Rewards have no expiry. Restoring a promotional coupon is not a substitute for a cash refund owed for a paid purchase.

Consumer rights, contact and changes

Request help at [email protected]. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over these terms, including remedies for defects, non-delivery and applicable cancellation rights. We do not treat a generic digital-supply acknowledgement as waiving rights that cannot legally be waived. Material changes will identify their effective date and require renewed agreement when required. The Privacy Policy describes the available preview's information handling.
